SRMEEE 2014
SRM University, Tamil Nadu will conduct SRMEEE 2014 Entrance Examination to provide admissions to candidates into engineering undergraduate programs for the session 2014-15. SRMEEE 2014 would be held in offline mode on 27 April 2014 and online mode from 17 to 22 April 2014. Candidates would be allotted seats in various engineering branches in the colleges affiliated to the University. The result of the exam would be declared on 3 May 2014.

SRMEEE 2014 Eligibility Criteria
• Candidate must be an Indian citizen and have completed last two years of schooling from India.
• Candidate must have qualified in Class XII (or equivalent as recognized by state or central board)
• Minimum acceptable aggregate marks in Class XII from Physics, Chemistry and Math: 70%
SRMEEE 2014 Application Form
Candidates have to fill the application form to apply for SRMEEE 2014. The form can be obtained via three modes. These modes are described in brief below:
• Online from the official website of SRM University
o Open the official website of SRMEEE 2014: www.srmuniv.ac.in.
o Click “Online Registration” to proceed.
o Fill all the information correctly and follow the subsequent instructions.
o Submit the form after acute verification of all the fields.
o Remit the application form fee online.
• From University campus, Banks
Candidates can obtain the physical form from the campus or designated bank branches of ING Vysya Bank, City Union Bank, Axis Bank for Rs.900, fill it and send it to SRM University to apply.
• Download
o Candidates can download the application form via www.srmuniv.ac.in/apply.
o Fill the form neatly with blue/black ball pen.
o Send the form along with demand draft of Rs.900 in favor of “SRMIST”, payable at Chennai.
o On the back of the demand draft, mention name, mobile number and address.
• The prospectus has been released on 18 November 2013 and form can be sent before 15 March 2014 by the candidates to apply for the entrance examination.
• In all cases, candidates are advised to preserve a copy of the application form for future references.
• Without fee submission, application form is bound to be rejected.
• Candidates must read the information brochure well in advance to avoid any mistakes in the form filling and submission.
SRMEEE 2014 Counselling
Candidates would be informed of counselling via SMS or post. They have to reach the venue with all the necessary documents and certificates in originals. Seat allotment would be made on the basis of entrance exam result and the choices of courses and colleges filled. After allotment, candidates have to report the college, submit documents and pay the full semester fee to confirm the allotment.
